PROJECT SUMMARY

I was brought into Lucille's List after the company had gone through over five years of unsuccessful development. The company had a good concept, but had failed to develop a scalable plan, or generate revenue.

Along with my development team from Stewards Group we developed a complete overhaul of an outdated service fee model and developed an advertising and subscription based revenue model. I was engaged to redevelop the business plan, design a new mobile and web application and manage the team that would develop that team.

The original founders ended up bringing my partner and I on as founders and managing partners. We were tasked with developing the business and bringing it to a point of financeability.

Once the financial package and beta version of the product was complete I moved on from the company. Due to the market I was not interested in managing the ongoing business practices. I assisted in investor presentations and continue to act in an advisory capacity for the company.

FIRM DESCRIPTION

Lucille’s List is the first national Senior Housing Search Engine. It combines the search experience of Yelp, and the community features of Facebook to help seniors and their families find the services that they need during their homing journey.
