PROJECT SUMMARY

I was asked to get this project off the ground by a shrewd businessman who had been buying adjacent parcels in the City of Redding for Development but did not know how to get the project started.

I pulled together a design team, and worked with local industry specialists and government agencies to develop an initial development strategy. This included site design and analysis, market research and sales strategies, initial project costing and feasibility analysis.

This project is currently in the design phase and is being managed by our engineering specialist Omni-Means out of Redding Ca.

FIRM DESCRIPTION

Hope Ranch in Redding, California is a 55+ active adult community located in Shasta County. This is a 14 acre proposed residential development of 23 single family homes set in the beautiful oak forests of Northern Redding, CA.
