Project Summary

I was staying in my friends basement in the Sunset district in San Francisco and his roommate Apollo was a part of a sordid construction crew - the Noble Noble Co. They were looking for construction labor.

At the time I had two real assets, the first is my ox like body. Due to too an excess of hormones from excessive milk consumption during my childhood I had developed an Adonis like body buried under 2 inches of fat. The second is that I had no criminal record.

I started as the star laborer, and the only person in the company with a legal driver license, to eventually being a partner in the company.

I also like to think I helped workplace culture, for instance I created a policy where only classical music would be played before noon instead of rap music.

FIRM DESCRIPTION

The Noble Noble Co. was a contracting company in San Francisco. We accomplished a myriad of masonry, and remodeling projects with a small 4 person crew.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Learned about true craftsmanship as Aaron was meticulous and disciplined. He never cut corners and was a master in his field of masonry
Ran a small construction crew - learned to tell someone they are screwing up and how to hire and fire
Run jobs on schedule and inside of the budget - Basic managerial Skills
Book jobs and relate to clients - people skills come easily, but This would be my first experience in sales

AARON NOBLE

Aaron was the owner of the company, and my first mentor outside of my parents. He had a difficult upbringing in the Bario Dream Homes in East Los Angeles. He would entertain us with stories from his sordid past from gangland to womanizing.

He had reformed into a Buddhist intellectual, and provided a strong masculine example for me during my youth. This is where I was able to set aside a lot of the burdensome sensibilities from my youth, and learn to be a man. I could talk shit, work harder than any two men, grind it out, and gained many noble traits I still carry with me today. He was truly a warrior, thank you Aaron.
