PROJECT SUMMARY
I was asked initially to come into Insight to improve the use of their CRM within the company. This included a needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, employee shadowing, workflow mapping, and assessing the CRM’s ability to support the Sales Departments needs.
We developed an updated sales workflow, and are working on having the CRM comport with the desired goals.
With E-marketing we censused the businesses B2B E-Communication Needs, set up email , a campaign schedule, and workflow processes in the organization. We also cleaned up their 100k+ mailing lists, updating the segmentation, tags and engagement strategies.
